Iowa State is committed to enrolling a diverse and talented student population. International freshmen will be considered for a limited number of merit scholarships. Scholarship selection is competitive based on a holistic review of SAT or ACT scores and high school marks/grades. There is not a separate application for scholarship consideration. Students who have submitted SAT or ACT scores and are admitted by January 15, will be considered for the scholarships.Freshman recipients will be funded for a maximum of 8 semesters, or completion of the degree, whichever comes first.
