Since our offerings are consultation-based and not physical or digital products, we maintain a strict no return or refund policy.
1. No Return or Refund Policy
As our services involve personalized advice, expert consultations, and real-time interactions, once a service is booked and provided, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This applies to
• One-on-one counseling sessions with our advisors. • Campus ambassador interactions, where students can consult directly with peers studying abroad. • Any guidance, recommendations, or study abroad assistance provided through our platform.
2. Payment & Service Confirmation
• All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable. • We ensure the highest standard of service delivery, and once a consultation has taken place, no refunds will be processed
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request a reschedule, subject to availability. • No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments.
4. Exceptions
• In the rare case where a service is not delivered due to an internal issue on our end, we will review the situation and may offer credit for a future session at our sole discretion. • If unforeseen circumstances prevent a scheduled session, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
5. Agreement to Terms
By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund Policy. You understand that you are paying for professional guidance, and once the consultation or service is provided, there will be no refunds issued.
