The GRE, or Graduate Record Examination is a standardized test that is required for admission to Postgraduate programs in the United States. The GRE is administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Yes. GRE is a computer-based adaptive test.
GRE scores are valid for five years.
You can take the test once every 21 days, up to five times within a 12-month period (365 days). This applies even if you cancelled your scores on a test taken previously.
Three scores are reported on the GRE General Test: A Verbal Reasoning - 130–170 score scale, Quantitative Reasoning - 130–170 score scale, Analytical Writing - 0–6 score.
Yes. Once official scores are reported, ETS will email you with the relevant details to access your online test report, free of charge.
