Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is interested in pursuing a career in HR and wants to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining employee files and databases.
  • Assist in preparing job offers, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
  • Assist in tracking employee attendance and maintaining leave records.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Qualification
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
