Babson awards four-year merit scholarships to the most highly qualified students when they are admitted to the College. The Presidential Scholars Program opportunities include the following: Dinner with Babson's President Engaging with the Undergraduate Dean Sessions with the Class Deans Guidance from upper class student mentors Participation in a fall semester scholar retreat First-year and sophomore scholars meet monthly and participate in activities supporting the main themes of the program. Junior and senior scholars focus primarily on their scholarly and extracurricular activities. Cohort meetings provide students with the opportunity to enhance the Presidential Scholars community through leadership activities, off-campus cultural events, and career planning.
Scholarship Requirements:Presidential Scholars receive four-year, half-tuition scholarships, renewable each year with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Candidates for the Presidential Scholarship are evaluated based on the information in their admission applications. Presidential Scholars enjoy a program designed around key themes such as leadership, career considerations, multicultural and global perspectives, and social innovations and philanthropy.
